Not quite, the abs in the picture - but who doesn't want to have a nice six pack for the summer?
Bowing to peer pressure, I have agreed to try and do the 30 day abs app and blog each day.
Day one - done. The sit ups were slightly more uncomfortable than I remember, and my body was shaking at the end of the 25 second plank, and all I could think of is... This is day one?!
Today's questions: will I make it to day 30 staying true? And who's with me?
