Doing this first thing in the morning really helps. Although, doing the reps and sit ups after a 4.5 mile run has left me very warm and needing a hot shower!
It is tough.
The number of sit ups and crunches has shot up and it is quite tough. Very tough. But it is achievable.
If you take your time and want it ba enough you can do it.
Right - shower!
