That was not as bad as I thought it would be. It helped that I'm doing it earlier in the day than yesterday - and don he me wrong; it's still tough! Just not as tough as I thought.
I'm hoping that tomorrow will be a Rest Day.
I dread what Thursday will bring - but bring it on!
I have great abs now - the problem is that they are underneath a wobbly layer. Sigh.
It's a slow process. One day at a time.
Today's question: do you burn off more calories doing this if you're sweating like a pig as you do it?
